With a wide range of restaurants and high-quality harvest products, the Mauricie region is well equipped to both satisfy and pleasantly surprise the gourmet in you. Several types of cuisine (French, Asian, Moroccan, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, etc.) and a variety of tastes are on the menu. You'll find pubs, bistros, cafés and restaurants with a warm and refined atmosphere. You'll even have the opportunity to taste local beer, made in microbreweries in which the region takes great pride because of the first-rate products they offer.
