To get all the information on immigration procedures, visit the Immigration Québec website. It's the best place to obtain detailed information on the steps you have to take to
immigrate to Québec, based on your specific profile (permanent workers, business people, students.)
Several steps, summarized below, are included in the immigration and settlement process in the Mauricie region.
Administrative process (among other documents, you'll have to get two cards to be integrated into the Québec system: the health insurance card and the SIN card (social insurance number). Please note that if you intend to drive, you'll have to obtain a driver's licence from the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec.
